1. 30-Day Return Window

We accept returns of unworn, pristine merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. The jewelry must be returned in its original Lumora packaging with all tags, certificates, and documentation intact.

2. Exclusions

Please note that custom-designed pieces, engraved items, and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality assurance team, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
