1. Order Processing Times

All standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Custom or engraved pieces require an additional 5-7 business days for production.

2. Domestic & International Shipping

We offer complimentary express shipping on all domestic orders over $500. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Insurance and Tracking

Every Lumora shipment is fully insured against loss, theft, or damage during transit. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. A signature is required upon delivery for all orders over $1,000.
